At FadForte, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, many products are produced, sourced, or shipped specifically for customer orders.

Please carefully review the following refund and return conditions before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

Most products sold through FadForte are non-returnable unless they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Significantly different from the product description

Eligible return or refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Packaging images
  • Additional verification information

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective:

  • Print-on-demand products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, dimensions, and customization details before placing an order.


Print-on-Demand Products

Due to the customized production nature of print-on-demand items, returns or exchanges for size selection errors, customer preference changes, or ordering mistakes are generally not accepted.

Customers are encouraged to carefully verify product specifications and sizing information before completing a purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, FadForte may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement product

Resolution methods are determined on a case-by-case basis.


Returns for Non-Defective Items

Return eligibility for non-defective items may vary depending on:

  • Fulfillment partner restrictions
  • Warehouse policies

Certain return services may currently only be available within the United States.

Where non-defective returns are accepted:

FadForte reserves the right to investigate refund claims, suspicious activity, excessive refund requests, or abusive purchasing behavior.

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in:
