By placing an order with FadForte, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timelines and conditions outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product category
  • Supplier availability
  • Print-on-demand production timelines
  • Seasonal demand
  • Order verification requirements

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed by our fulfillment partners.


Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Most orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days.

However, certain orders may take up to 30 business days due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • International logistics delays
  • Customs inspections or processing
  • Weather disruptions
  • Carrier backlogs
  • Regional restrictions
  • Supplier or production delays
  • High seasonal order volumes

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


International Fulfillment

Products sold through FadForte may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple international warehouses or production partners located in different countries.

As a result:

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
  • Packaging and branding may vary depending on the fulfillment partner.
  • Delivery timelines may differ between products.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise explicitly stated during checkout.

FadForte is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided once the order has been processed and shipped.

In some cases, tracking updates may take several business days to appear due to carrier synchronization delays.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

Support inquiries are generally responded to within 2 business days.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

FadForte is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete shipping details
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed packages

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may not qualify for full refunds.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are managed by the carrier and logistics network.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues, FadForte is not responsible for:

  • Carrier-related delays
  • Customs delays
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by force majeure events

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or production begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, production, or shipping stages, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

This is especially applicable to print-on-demand and made-to-order products.
