Returns/Refunds for incorrect/damaged/faulty items.
For reasons other than those specified above, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are only accepted for unworn clothing items that include original tags and are in the original garment packaging with the SKU label intact. Failure to provide the original packaging and tags may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.
To initiate a return, customers must submit a request via email to support@fadforte.com within 5 business days of receiving their order. Upon return approval, the item must be sent back within 7 business days.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once the returned item is received and inspected.
For damaged items, customers are required to provide photo or video evidence to support their claim
